A proud and meaningful moment for our beloved town of Dolores, Quezon!
On this 20th day of August 2026, two of our fellow Pitong Balaraw members—our Treasurer and MENRO, Randy Matibag, together with our founding member, Mayor Orlan Calayag—proudly represented the Municipality of Dolores, Quezon in receiving a Plaque of Recognition from the DENR Environmental Management Bureau Region IV-A (DENR-EMB R4A).
The recognition is bestowed upon the Municipality of Dolores, Quezon for its exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability, particularly through meaningful partnerships with waste diverters and recyclers. These efforts help advance plastic circularity and contribute significantly to the global fight against plastic pollution.
This achievement is more than just a plaque—it is a testament to the dedication of our local government, environmental workers, community partners, waste diverters, recyclers, and every citizen who continues to take part in protecting our environment.
